Varsha works at Sahaja Yoga world foundation. Ms. Varsha interacts with students in two hour sessions. Before starting meditation, she shares valuable inputs and experiences with students for their development and to make them better citizens. She explains the importance of friendliness, respect and discipline to students. During meditation Ms. Varsha explain the role of various power centresĀ (Chakras) in our body and their importance in management of body. She also explained need to balance among physical, mental and emotional body. She discussed the causes of various diseases and manor to heal them, using routine meditation.
